Hot Shots (4 to 6 years) and Pre-Team (7 to 9 years)

Hot Shots and Pre-Team are designed to train students for competitive gymnastics. The goal is to identify eager athletes ranging from, but not limited to ages 4-9 years old who are interested in becoming competitive gymnasts.

To become a member of the Hot Shots or Pre-Team, a child must be enrolled in a gymnastics program and then the parent must request a tryout or be chosen by a team coach. If your child is interested in this program, an evaluation can be done by one of the team coaches.
