Adult Fitness Program (18+ years) This program provides a variety of fitness classes for adults. Classes include Pilates, Yoga, Body Sculpting, Boot Camp and Gymnastics Fitness. Participants can pay a daily drop-in fee, or sign up for the program and enjoy unlimited classes. A medical waiver/release form must be signed before participating in the classes.

Beginner Coed - 5 to 7 years Boys and girls in this class concentrates predominately on basic gymnastics skills on the bars, rings, pommel horse, beam, vault, and spring floor. Children work on skill-specific drills, flexibility and conditioning.

Boys Academy (Level 1 - 5) - 7+ years Boys in this class focus on mastering gymnastics skills on vault, high bar, still rings, pommel horse, parallel bars vault. Gymnasts work on skill-specific drills, flexibility and conditioning. Level 1 is beginner and Level 5 is advanced. Each gymnast is evaluated to determine what skill level is appropriate for them, and ensure they are being individually challenged.

Cheer * - 5+ years Whether you are new to cheer and want to learn the basics, or more experienced and want to improve your
technique, our exciting cheer program has
something for YOU! Classes focus on motions,
jumps, cheers, dances, and stunting.
*The Cheer class doesn't include tumbling.

Developmental Girls - 5 to 7 years Gymnasts
in this class start to make a transition from basic
to more technique-driven gymnastics skills. The
evelopmental class is the bridge to start enjoying
gymnastics by attaining skills through goal
setting and mental focus. Gymnasts start to
developing little routines in all events.

Girls Academy (Level 1 - 5) - 7+ years Girls in
this class focus on mastering gymnastics skills on uneven-bars, balance beam, spring floor and vault. Gymnasts work on skill-specific drills, flexibility and conditioning. Level 1 is beginner and Level 5 is advanced. The Level 5 girls are working on competitive level skills and routines. Each gymnast is evaluated to determine what skill level is appropriate for them, and ensure they are being individually challenged.

High School Gymnastics - 8th to 12th Grade
These classes are designed for gymnasts with either minimal or high levels of experience. The gymnast will work on all four events, and focus on skills needed for the competitive season. Gymnasts will have the option of training one or two days a week for one and half hours.

Learn-N-Gym - 2 years to kindergarten
Learn-N-Gym is a program for children ages 2 to 5 years old. It provides a safe, fun-filled environment for your child to exercise and develop their social skills. Your child will be introduced to large motor skills such as balancing, climbing, jumping, swinging, rolling and basic gymnastics. They will enjoy free play and active games. In addition, children in the Learn-N-Gym program will spend time working on fine motor activities like coloring, drawing, cutting and gluing.

Open Gym - Friday, 5:30 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Open Gym is for children of all ages. Members and Non-members can participate. Non-members must have a parent-signed waiver before entering the gym. Children 5 and under should be accompanied by a parent on the gymnastics equipment for safety. Parents of children over 5 years of age should not be in the gym. Friday Open Gym is $7.00/members and $10.00/non-members; Saturday Open Gym is $5.00/members and $7.00/non-members.

Parent and Me - Walking to 3 years Toddlers enjoy a fun environment and bonding time with a parent or guardian. The program incorporates music, small motor equipment, obstacle courses and basic gymnastics skills.

Preschool - 4 and 5 years The preschool program challenges boys and girls to master skills involving strength, rhythm, balance, flexibility and agility. It includes stations and small circuits to develop fine and gross motor skills. Children learn gymnastic skills on the bars, rings, pommel horse, beam, vault, and spring floor.

Team Girls (Level 4 and 5) Gymnasts who are more mature in their gymnastics skills are invited to join the Competitive Team. These levels have different skill requirements and routines the gymnast must master before advancing to the next level. Gymnasts begin to understand success comes with hard work and dedication, and are self-motivated athletes with a strong sense of goal setting.

Toddler Open Gym FREE TIME in the gym with your little ones. Parents and children enjoy playing on gym equipment, floor mats, tumbling, jumping and playing for 45 minutes of fun! They will hate to leave but love every minute of quality time with you.

Tumbling * - 7 years and above Gymnasts and cheerleaders in this class focus on learning beginner-to-advanced tumbling skills. Beginner tumblers work on forward and backward rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. More advanced tumblers work on back walkovers, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and full twists. Our various equipment including a traveling spotting belt, rod-floor tumble strip, tumble trak, mini tramp and spring floor help students more safely master their skills.


*The Tumbling class only focuses on tumbling. Participants do not use the uneven bars, balance beam, and vault table during this class.
